Typography Infographic

An infographic of important sections of typography.

For this project I needed to create a poster that gives the most important things to know about type and typography in general. I decided to break them up sections into their own color blocks to give them their own importance. I had a difficult time with the colors I used because I chose 4 colors, but I think it ended up working in the end.

The main goal is that if this was given to someone who wasn’t a graphic designer, would this make sense? Would they be able to know what kerning is and the difference hierarchy in type makes?
